The perfect use for some of the small crop of chilean guava - muffins.
Definitely one to go in the book.

I would like to formally add my testimony to this paean to the chilean guava muffin.
I have tasted of the muffin and found it delightful.
(Although the Chilean Guava element was a little understated)
